A seller from Netherland is trying to send me some money but he couldn't because apparently there was an error so I offered to "request money" from him instead because i thought it could solve the issue but now I get "There's a problem with your account. Please visit our help center so we can help you resolve this quickly."
There is no limit in my account. I am thinking it is because there might be an error trying to do transaction between accounts from foreign countries.
Does anyone know what I have to do?
