i have been locked out due to 2factor and changed my number recentlyl. paypal doesnt give me any additional ways  of verification. however all of my funds are locked in account. how do i take care of this problem? it has been days and nobody from paypal seems to care to get back to me. WHAT  DO I DO?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
