Why do I get this message on my website when someone tries to check out?        Sorry — your last action could not be completed

If you were making a purchase or sending money, we recommend that you check both your PayPal account and your email for a transaction confirmation after 30 minutes.

If you came to this page from another website, please return to that site (don't use your browser's Back button) and restart your activity.

If you came from PayPal's website, click the PayPal logo in the upper-left corner to return to our home page and restart your activity. You might have to log in again.

Without actually seeing your site and some of the item button code to test it, it's a bit difficult to help as there can be several reasons.  Kinda of like telling the car mechanic over the phone your car won't start.   If you can post a URL to a page that we can test, that would help.

The message program changes the url "

As previously mentioned, we need to your code or URL, not the URL to the error message.

I live in the sticks and have a slow wireless connection. I get drops and "server reset" messages a lot. This was something I was never aware of until I moved here. I see every single message as a website loads telling me what is happening.

I have gotten the exact same message you referred to and (right or wrong?)  thought it just another interruption caused by by slow connection.

Don't know if you suffer the same problem, but my 2 cents worth.
