buy now button not working for anyone

I added this html to my code using notepad++.

I have verified my email, but not my bank account, could that be aproblem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello foryourlove,

Your email address will have to be active and confirmed within your PayPal account in order to be able to receive any payments.  If it is not bot active and confirmed your customers will get an error and you will not receive your money.  You can confirm your email address from the Profile section of your account once you login.

I'm having a similar problem, and I have checked and both our email address and bank information have been confirmed

I have a similar problem only when using IE.  Google Chrome and Firefox both work fine.
