Using Paypal for my "middleman" business

So I'm considering starting a business where I would be the "middleman" between buyers and sellers. People who want to buy something come to my marketplace, buy something, and I send the majority of the sale price to the seller (minus a 5% commission or something).

Recieving the payment from the buyer is easy. They will pay with Paypal or a credit card and I will be charged a percentage for processing the payment (2.3% or whatever). I then want to just transfer the majority of those funds from my paypal account to the sellers paypal account, and I don't believe this should be charged.

Is this possible with Paypal?

Hello brittohalloran,

Welcome to the Community Smiley Happy.

I will say this is not my area of expertise. However, this may be possible to do if you set up what is called Adaptive Payments. Here is more information on Adaptive Payments on the PayPal Developer Forum. I hope this helps.
