Subscription payment

We are attempting to setup a new subscription button and don't want the customer to have to setup a paypal account in order to submit payment for the subscription. Is there away to disable this so that they can payment with their credit card and not have to signup for a paypal account?

It is stated in the Subscription page that buyers have two options to pay, either by entering their billing info OR login to their PayPal accounts.
