I could not Find "tag" for my subject. My subject is, because of a admitted paypal error I spend over 3 hours on the phone and trying to escalate the problem I used the supposed email "Help" link. My problem...... a simple purchase for a $30 poster turned into a 100% negative situation. The customer agents and the supervisor were not able to satisfy my complaint but did admit their error caused by a type-o. The fact that PayPal had no one on staff to correct the problem tells me that they are totally automated, have customer service agents (as they call themselves) in India, has made me an extremely upset consumer and will never use them again. I have a very popular network of friends in the consumer awareness field and this will just add to their piles of complaints against PayPal.
PayPal just got too big for their own good. Cheap labor with no customer satisfaction. Please post your problems with PayPal. This is how things get fixed. People band together and share their negative and perhaps positive situations.
