Logo and header repeated on receipt page

Hi I am new to selling and trying to create a customised payment page.  Searching on this forum I am having a similar problem to the person below in that the logo and header are repeated on the receipt but not on the payment information.  I could not see where any one has replied with a solution.  Can you help?  

Logo/Header graphics on Receipts

We've customized the check-out pages with our logo (for the enhanced check-out page) and header graphic (for the classic check-out page).  However, both of those graphics are being printed on the receipt.  Is there a way to only print one of those graphics on the receipt while still having both available for the check-out pages?
