Invoicing problems

I've been using Invoicing for some time.  Years anyhow.  I have a couple problems that cause me fits:

 

1. When I get an invoice paid notification it often doesn't show the items purchased on the invoice.  I'd say about 30%+ of the time it's missing the item description and just shows a total.  This is frustrating because I reply on that to do my packing.

 

2.  OFTEN, the Manage Invoices screen does not show PAID, even if the invoice has been paid.  I've found this to happen much more lately than before the site update.  I have to manually apply PAID to the invoice.
