IPN paypal

Pls help, about 3 variables fetch nothing for IPN paypal. Below 3 variables is all right.. Can check why about 3 cannot fetch anything..

$address_street = $_POST['address_street'];
$address_city = $_POST['address_city'];
$address_state = $_POST['address_state'];
