How do I reinstate Facebook?

I deleted authorization of payments to Facebook in their page because they had an incorrect email address for me.

I want to re-instate them with my correct information, but can't figure out how to do this.

Were you able to figure out the answer to this question?  I too, want to reinstate a merchange that I previously deleted and i haven't a clue as to how to do it.
