How do I get an answer to my question - Why get use another card message?

Is this just a touchy feely forum? I don't see many answered threads here, just a lot of single questions with no responses. I see my concern in a question from November 6 with no responses. I see several others asking why perfectly good credit cards are refused by PayPal with the message "try another", but when PayPal account is used the sale goes through smoothly. I don't have time to waste with this forum if PayPal is not responding to these important issues. Someone (who knows) tell me what to do, or where to go for answers.
