I just got off the phone with PP......I think when people see PP's method of getting info they freak out........they back off and bye, bye customer.......it's like they don't want to be bothered. I do stipulate that you don't have to be a member of PP to purchase, but do they give the customer a hard time at the other end trying to convince them to join........I just don't get it.....I had over 14 hits yesterday and nothing came through. ALL THOSE CUSTOMERS BACKED OUT! FRUSTRATED AND ANNOYED!
