The Aether Mobile website would like to take recurring billing from customers, that is when their account reaches a certain level, they can opt for Auto Top Up (recurring billing) so that a set amount will be deducted from their credit/debit card at this point.
For example, Customer A account reaches $2, they have authorised that when their account reaches this level they would like to add $20 to their account.
