My website clearly states that I only ship to U.S. addresses and I have my Paypal account set up to add postage to U.S. orders. But lately I have had a lot of orders from Australia and Paypal processes them.
This means I wind up giving a lot of refunds and have unhappy customers.
How do I get Paypal to block processing of orders with ship to addresses outside the U.S?
You can update your settings in your PayPal account to block payments sent to you in a currency you do not hold by clicking on the profile link (under my account), click My Selling Tools, and then click 'Update' beside 'Block payments' in the 'Getting paid and managing my risk' section.
