Business-level User accounts

We have a Business-level account.

I have added additional users- the user name cannot be an email address due to size and character limitations. I have successfully added two accounts. When I log out then attempt to log in using the user's credentials, I am prompted for an email address.

I need to understand how to log in as a limited user; none of the documentation helps me.

Can I get some help here? My customer has waited 3 days. This can't be too hard of a question?

Hello ewolf,

 

I apologize for the delayed response.

 

When an added user (Managed User) logs into a PayPal account they will use the username and password that was created. You should not be prompt for an email address. If you are still getting this error, I would suggest calling PayPal directly and we can take a look at your account with you.

 

Please Note: They will log in where you would normally log in with your email address.
