The FAQ says the following:
In what ways can I offer recurring payments to my customers using Express Checkout or Website Payments Pro?
You can:
- Process recurring payments with other purchases (optional) in a single checkout flow with mixed checkout cart capability.
I have Website Payments Pro but my account does not have Recurring Payments. How do I add recurring payments to my existing Website Payments Pro account? I understand and am okay with paying the extra fee per month. Please help as calling the hotline has not.
