Hello jackie_85205,
You can add shipping and handling fees to your website checkout by setting up Shipping Calculations. You can do this by logging into your PayPal account, click on profile (under my account), click My selling tools, click update next to Shipping Calculations, click Get Started and continue to set up. I hope this helps.
Misty
