Transfer Prepaid Virtual Visa to Paypal

My name is Thang.

I use my virtual credit cards which I received from prepaiddigitalsolutions.com (Magoosh Prepaid Virtual Visa) for my promotion but I can not transfer to my Paypal account (https://www.paypal.com/vn/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_flow&SESSION=P8tx04RyT9JWsq6e4i8k6vxIGI0QW97TxRFoRSp0j...).

I did several times before OK but now I can not do that. What happened to Paypal? Please help.
