I have a PayPal button that is set at $100 monthly.
Many people have purchased, which collects the initial $100 and also creates a recurring profile.
However, one individual had a profile created, but no amount collected, and we can't figure out why.
Is it possible that this customer clicked the "Agree & Subscribe" when attempting to make the transaction, but had insufficient funds?
Otherwise, I'm at a loss as to what happened. Any ideas? Thanks...
