Redirect Does NOT work with my paypal button

I have added a redirect link (that goes to a thank you page) to send customers to after they buy. I have double, triple checked everything and my customers do not get sent to the thank you page. What can I possibly do? I am stumped. Thank you.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
