After working correctly for years, Quicken Updates always report a zero balance for my PayPal account. Of course Quicken says this a PayPal problem, and PayPal Merchant Support says silly things like "I request to please contact the support of Quicken to use PayPal (QIF) format report" [instead of OFX or QFX]
I don't think either company cares. I saw a few others with this problem on the Quicken Community. Any here?
