So my friend has given me this prepaid PayPal card and Ever since this quarantine has started and I have no other way to get into contact with him. So the last time I've seen him he said "you have to activate the card" and as soon as I got home that was what I did and it came up with an error page, something wrong with my account. and I call the number that is said to call and it needs the last 4 digits of his ssn, and I'm not able to activate his card without it. That I don't know and I don't know if I'll ever see him again for him to activate this card.
