Paypal button not working on Kajabi website

Hiya all. Several clients have let me know that they can't pay using Paypal on my website. Stripe is working OK. Kajabi has checked from their end and have said I've set it all up correctly. What could the problem be? and what can I do to solve it?

Could the problem be:

• the browser people are using?
• something to do with popups being blocked?
• I did set up shopify at one point, then removed it. Could this have corrupted my Paypal button somehow??

I am new to Kajabi, and I have the same problem as you. As I see that your message is from 1 year ago, I would like to know how did you solve it.

I have done the integration but there's a mismatch in the buttons that I've created in Paypal ("smart button") and what appears in my account ("single button). 

Something tells me that, this button doesn't work properly; so, before doing my launch, I would like to test all the process (from clicking the button, to pay) but Paypal doesn't allow me to do so because, they detect that I am using my account. 

Can you help me, please?

Hi Laura,

I think you need to set up a test account in Kajabi and go through your whole purchase process, either (1) setting the cost for the purchase at $1, or (2) creating a FREE coupon. Then you'll be able to check if the Paypal button works.
