We have deleted the app and reinstalled multiple times. Have also fully reset the iPad and reloaded the operating system before reinstalling. App will work temporarily and then refuse to load. Merchant Services help has not been helpful at all. They claim it's the iPad. I had it checked out and as noted, reset it completely. This is a dedicated device and we do not use it for any other applications. Anyone have any advice? Switch to Stripe?
