Paypal Button Tool: Donation minimum?

Is it possible to configure a minimum amount when using a donation button? (no form on our own site)

The reason for this is that we don't want to receive donations that are smaller then the fees paypal charges, which does not seem like a strange question. But i can't find any option to do this in the paypal button tool.

@ PayPal: Donation minimum really is required. Since we pay VAT on donations, any amount less than around €0.40 is causing us a LOSS.

At least please, don't impose fees when we refund such silly donations.
