Hi I've submitted an application for PPP loan, was prompted right away to create login and upload necessary documents. Within 24 hours I received a DocuSign link to sign off on the loan documents BUT I need to change the account numbers. How can I go about doing that?? The link came from a specific person at Loan Builder but numerous emails to that person or emails to general customer service address don't produce any sort of contact. When I call LoanBuilder 800 number they refer me to Paypal customer service and nothing gets accomplished. HELP!
