Multiple users logging on to PayPal Here

I've added a user to PayPal Here. But how do they log on? It says by their user ID but on the app, it's asking for their email. If they log on with that, it goes to their personal account, not our business' PayPal Here account.

Our users simply put their userid in the email field.  Though it is labelled "email" it accepts their non-email userid.
