Doubt on international payments

Hi all,

I'm a seller from India.I have few doubts on receiving international payments on my website.

I have a shopify store with the default currency as INR.

1)Will I be able to accept payments from outside India?

2)Will the customer be able to use International credit/debit card issued in their country for the purchases?

I have included pay-pal as the payment gateway in my website, but I cannot find any international transactions so far.

Please advice.TIA
