Customer's Receipts are Cut-Off

My customers are telling me that their receipt only shows half of their information. The copy that 's sent to me contains all of the info. Is there a way to modify the customers receipt rules, or fix this problem?

Hi @Forknine,
I am sorry to hear that your customers are having issues with the receipts that they have received. Unfortunately, we do not have ways to edit the receipts that are being sent to our customers. I would suggest having them to contact us so we can review the information that they are seeing.
