Ordered that drill and posted a gift card for the same $264 charge but back dated to May 2020. I ordered drill in mid June 2020. I put in an unauthorized use claim for the gift card and paypal denied my claim? I went to resolution center under actions tab but there is no appeal option, just "view" under actions. Messaged paypal and they just told me to go back and do the same crap i already tried doing. I call Paypal but due to COVID there is no one there. So am I out of options and staying scammed out of $264? I have tried emailing seller with no response from them also. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. THX.
