As in title , I'm not used to selling through paypal , so there is this guy , who I sold him an ingame currency for real money ( i have pictures from facebook/ ingame as a proof) , apparently as soon as he received his item , he opened a refund case , we are actually discussing in the refund section but apparently all he is replying to me " I didn't receive the item ", the money he sent me are on hold , should i escalate it to paypal with all the proofs ? or as i looked in google search that the buyers get the refund all the time no matter what?
