Is there any way to restrict/block certain countries from which to receive payments/purchases? I recently received a payment which was the result of a "Paypal button" from China, from someone who does not speak English. I could not make any sense of the Chinese characters that arrived via the email notification in my Inbox.
It would make sense for me to block non-native English speaking countries. Is that possible, and if so, how? The online FAQ and virtual assistants are worthless on this matter.
