Hi there all. I was wondering if someone could advice what I do as I’ve sold and item where the buyer paid via PayPal. Unfortunately after three attempts the delivery still failed so I have now refunded the buyer but accidentally sent him the refund twice but via friends and family. I now have a minus balance in my PayPal account. Can someone advise ? Many thanks Chris.
