I just can't understand why PayPal keeps, giving merchants more time to hold unto money for merchandise, purchased, a month ago, My wife is I'll and yet to this day PayPal keeps extending their time to respond, We paid immediately for this item, And I have contacted the seller, and their reply was they have no record, I snap shot the email to PayPal and still the the delay, Why are they protecting this company, They no they are fraudulent, PLEASE SOME ONE EXPLAIN, and then I'm done with PayPal, and I have a lot of people who use them
