"finish verifying account" not working

Hi,

Paypal is asking me to finish verifying my account with photo ID and face shot. When I click the link they provide, I get a blank screen over and over. Happens in both updated Chrome and Edge. Anybody have this problem?

If the issue persists, request you to kindly reach out to our customer support team to know what can be done next or to get an understanding of the possible solution to the issue raised. Please reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the Contact option at the bottom of PayPal page and do reach us via phone and kindly select "Call us as Guest". By selecting this option you will be to contact our support team without logging to your account.

Thanks very much for replying. I ended up installing Firefox and it worked then.
