Hello,

We are WeRide, using PayPal with a business account. 

We used to receive email notifications whenever a customer made a payment via PayPal. However, since yesterday, we have not been receiving these emails.

The customer service team suggested that it might be related to an email block, but we have confirmed that there are no blocks in place. Despite this, we are still not receiving the emails, so we kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue.
