Dear Paypal team,
I am Nguyen Ngoc Kha - the legal owner of the Paypal account, this is the Paypal account that I created and owned for a long time (more than 10 years). Even when I used the ID card issued by the Vietnamese government, until I was granted the New Citizen ID Card (renovation by the government), I used this Paypal.
As a legal owner, using Paypal to receive and pay my MMO income from many partners. Always comply with all Paypal requirements and regulations.
The fact that I received information about locking my account for 180 days (in 6 months) is very unsatisfactory to me. I think the Paypal system may be mistaken or sensitive, so they locked my account. I will continuously complain to Paypal about this until it is reopened.
I can provide any information that Paypal requires, from CCCD (National ID) to bank statements, to other documents....
I hope that experts will consider and support me properly in this case. Please check again, if necessary, send it to a higher level expert to help reopen my account.
Ps: Locking my account and holding my money for 6 months is UNSATISFACTORY, I have participated in many MMO communities in Vietnam and I know Paypal is a reputable place in providing payment services. Therefore, please check and reopen my account.
Experts and community please review and support me!
Thanks and have a nice day!

If you have been told your Paypal account has been permanently limited then Paypal tends to hold any funds for 180 days. This is the same time frame that buyers have to open Paypal disputes.
If no disputes are opened in 180 days then normally you are allowed to withdraw the funds. That is as long as you are over 18, account is in your legal name and the account is registered in the country where you reside.
However you have to wait until you receive the Paypal email citing you are now eligible to withdraw those funds.
Sometimes they confiscate funds if you have violated their acceptable use policy.
Paypal also may request further documentation from you before you can withdraw those funds.
You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try an appeal then contact customer services.
They 'may' pass it to the back office but the chances of the appeal being successful are slim. Paypal state that the decision is not made lightly and once made is usually final.

I know that many people have the same problem as me, but I still trust Paypal and the support team to support me in this case.
1. I have been using Paypal since 2008
2. My account mostly supports MMO and affiliate marketing (does not sell products that violate the law)
3. I fully comply with Paypal's policies.
I really hope the support team can consider supporting me in this case, maybe I have the following behaviors:
1. In the same internet system, my family member may log in to another Paypal account.
2. Maybe when logging in to my Paypal account, I used VPN (I have not turned it off)
3. ... there may be other reasons that Paypal's system misunderstands that I have suspicious behavior.
I really hope the support team will help me in this case. I always love you and love Paypal.
Thank you very much and have a great day!
