If you want you can change it to the old one again.
Each time I attempt to log in, I encounter an error message stating, "We were unable to confirm your identity." This has resulted in restricted access to my account, causing inconvenience and concern regarding my account's security.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I can provide any necessary verification or information to confirm my identity and regain access to my account. Please guide me through the steps required to update my phone number or provide an alternative method to verify my identity to regain access.
