Close the account

Hi, i cannot close my account and it tells me to contact directly to paypal since my account is limited. But I can't contact paypal via phone because it keeps hanging up and tells me to message through the website. But I can't message in the website because my account is limited. There are no options left to contact please help

You can't close a limited account unfortunately. You would have to resolve any limitations first.
