I do understand that you want to close your PayPal accounts. Here are the steps to close your PayPal account
On the web:
- Go to Settings.
- Click Close your account under "Account options."
- Click Close Account.
On the app:
- Tap the Profile Icon.
- Tap Close your account.
Before closing your account remove any money you have in your PayPal balance. Also, refer the help centre article How do I close my PayPal account? for more detailed information.

Please reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the Contact option at the bottom of PayPal page. If your unable to login into your PayPal account do reach us via phone and kindly select "Call us as Guest".
