Why dont you close my account even after I said I used this account to sell dr*gs?

I've been trying to close my account for days and even resorted to telling your staff the lie that "I used this paypal account to sell drugs" and they still refuse to close it! 

How do I close my account? Seems like you're unwilling to close accounts even if they are presumably doing something illegal....

I've not resorted to opening a resolution case for every transaction in the last 90 days, going 5 a day till you close my account.
