I want to close my paypal account because they are not professional enough for my standards. I have never received such business ethics morals from other long term accounts I connected to. The customer satifaction is the worst I have ever talked to. I going advise management to hold weekly meetings on how to provide soultions to never let a customer be so upset when phone ends. It is very important that all customers be treated equal, valued, and first on the objective list. I hope that there are not a lot of upset customers like me. Please close any paypal accounts in my name effective immediality because the treatment I received is unforgivable as far as Im concerned.
