I HAVE SENT BOTH PASSPORT AND IDENTITY CARD , AS WELL AS BANK CREDIT CARD / MY ACCOUNT IS STILL UNVERIFIED , AND THEREFORE I CANNOT SEND NOR RECEIVE MONEY, PLZ HELP I NEED THIS , VERY VERY URGENT
