Pay After Delivery Help

Hi
I always use the pay after delivery option whenever I can as I like the security, and also the fact that if I send something back for a refund, it's usually refunded and the pay after delivery amount is reduced before the payment to Paypal leaves my account which I love as I'm not waiting on refunds to go back into my bank account.
My issue is this:
I have a separate bank account that I mainly use for online shopping and my Papyal is linked to this account. I went on holiday at the beginning of March and, stupidly, I didn't remember to put some money into that account and Paypal tried to take around 6 payments on the same day, which were obviously declined. They tried again a few days later, failed again, and the deducted the money from my Paypal balance, causing it to go negative. When I finally got to a place with wifi around 5 days later, I was bombarded with emails about all the payments failing and that I must bring my Paypal balance back to £0. I did this immediately and everything is now sorted.
However, since then, the pay after delivery option never comes up when shopping online. I've checked my 'Payments' section in my account and it shows that pay after delivery is active, but I'm not being offered it on all the sites I usually use it on. My question is, have Paypal now essentially blocked me from using it because of these declined payments and that my account went negative as a result?
Thanks for your help in advance

Probably yes.
When you use PAD the seller is still always credited in advance as no seller would send an item before being paid.
But instead of Paypal taking the funds from your bank account within a few days to reimburse themselves, they give you basically a 14 day interest free loan.
However they only take that risk if you have had no issues on your account. If you had not credited that negative balance back then paypal would have paid the seller from their own funds and may have lost that money.
So they aren't going to 'risk' it again so you have to pay 'normally' from now on.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
