Linking Two Accounts with Two Residences and One Bank Account

Hi Community! I am having trouble opening a second PayPal account. I am a Canadian based in Vietnam and will be here for another year. I have read it is acceptable to have accounts in two countries as long as one is a business profile. Is there a way to open this business account with the same email address? Has anyone successfully linked two accounts across two countries with one email and one bank account? Any support or guidance will be appreciated! Thank you!

Thanks for reaching out to the PayPal Community! I can definitely understand your desire to open an account in the country in which you're residing. You can find what information you'd need to open your account here. Generally, a PayPal account would only be able to be created using an e-mail address that is not already associated with a PayPal account. This would mean that you would need to create a new e-mail address to open a second PayPal account. If you are creating an account in Vietnam, you would need to use financials that are able to be used with a Vietnamese account. Here's how you could add a bank account. Some countries are able to add a local bank account, and some countries are able to add a US bank account.
