Is there a class action against PP for not closing an account?

Is there a class action lawsuit against PayPal for not allowing closure of an account? I can’t even delete my bank card information.

If you have a permanent limitation then you can't close the account.

If there is a temporary limitation then you may be able to close it once you have resolved any issues satisfactorily.
