Can't close my account. It seems like it doesn't work.

When I'm trying to close my account I get message below

Is it my issue only, or has someone else experienced such a malfunction?

As paypal has frozen all accounts in Russia then I don't think you can do anything with it including closing it, but you would need to contact customer services to double check.

But my question was - is it only my issue or someone exerienced the same? And it's still actual.
