Being asked to re-verify an already verified account; verify page "not found"

When trying to accept a payment for something I sold and invoiced through PayPal I am being asked to verify my PayPal account by linking a bank account or card to it.  This is despite having a a bank card linked to my PayPal account forever.  When I click on the Get Verified button I get a "page not found" error.  Suggestions?
