money release after 180 days After reversal or Money in from Buyer?

Hello, So i have my paypal limited permamently and my money is on hold for 180 days. I have a question when its gonna be realeased after last payment into my account or last reversal to my account? Last payment received was on october 21 and last reversal to my account was made on November 4th so from which date i can count 180d?
